This is a great public sector opportunity with 3-4 days WFH that would suit an experienced HR professional looking for a contract role.
Day to day, you'd be responsible for:
- Writing engaging, detailed and compliant position descriptions that meet organisation needs and are aligned with the relevant frameworks.
- Working with SME's, business representatives and similar stakeholders to gather, assess and analyse job related information.
- Working collaboratively with other parts of the organisation to ensure compliance with frameworks, naming conventions etc.
- Providing specialist advice on proposed job design concepts, position descriptions and corporate compliance.
- Undertake research and analysis.
- Experience in writing role descriptions
- Job analysis and consultation skills
- Knowledge of job design principles
- 3–5 years' experience in a HR, Org Design, Workforce Planning or Classification role.
- Public sector experience
- Organisational change exposure
- Document management experience
