We are seeking an experienced Records Manager to oversee day-to-day records management operations, ensuring records are effectively managed to meet business needs and strategic goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information & Records Management, you will lead stakeholder engagement, EDRMS administration, and support organisational change towards fully electronic records management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day records operations aligned with the Records Management Governance Framework.
- Oversee stakeholder tickets, queries, and EDRMS (CM10) administration, training, and support.
- Contribute to records management projects and programs, strategic direction, and roadmap development.
- Develop policies, standards, guidance, and controls to support effective records and information management.
- Develop clear business protocols to define roles and responsibilities while minimising administrative burden.
- Influence organisational change across a diverse and geographically spread workforce to enable a fully electronic records environment.
- Deliver solutions to support effective information management in a complex functional and technical environment.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in records or information management.
- Relevant qualifications in records or information management highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with EDRMS systems, ideally CM10, and managing both digital and physical records.
