We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Officer to support a project reviewing client files to identify potential Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client records to identify potential TPD ( Total and Permanent Disability insurance) claim eligibility
- Assess documentation against eligibility criteria
- Prepare information for internal review and approval
- Assist with project coordination, research, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and provide project updates
- Background in paralegal work or insurance claims
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience reviewing legal or insurance documentation
- Good organisational and communication skills
