Working in a highly skilled team of IT and Business professionals, this role will focus on supporting the PMO to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet business requirements, for this NSW Government organisation. This is a highly exciting role to work with some of the best in the business in an innovative and collaborative environment. This initial contract will be for 6-weeks with further extensions highly likely and can be performed working remotely from home 3x days per week, with 2x days per week required in the client’s CBD based offices.
Essential Skills required
- 5 + years’ Project Management experience in total
- 4+ years’ experience of the following: Large complex customer service environments, project scheduling, budget management, stakeholder management, and risk & contingency management
- 3+ years experience of Customer Service projects
- Proven experience of working in Project Management methodologies (Prince 2, PMBok, PMP etc.)
- Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Skills
- Previous Government, Banking or Telco experience
- Certified in Project Management (Prince 2, PMBok, PMP etc.)
- Experience of managing project budgets in excess of $1M+
