Process Improvement Specialist

Ashdown is partnering with a leading Western Sydney based Higher Education Organisation to assist in sourcing a Process Improvement Specialist on an initial 4 Month Contract! The shorter-term nature of the initial contract is due to the current budget cycle - given the crucial long-term nature of this position, the view from the client is to extend this contract once the next budget is finalised. 

In terms of rate, the client is looking for suitable candidates to bring their expected rate to the table and individual discussions can be held around negotiating final numbers. 
 
The right person for this role will be someone with strong experience in process improvement roles, ideally within higher education organisations or professional service/consultancy companies, who brings demonstrated knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Data Analysis, Change Management, Service Design and Customer Journey Mapping. 

You'd play a broad role across a variety of Departments to uplift processes and bring the relevant teams/stakeholders along for the journey. If you're experienced in work such as this and keen to begin or grow your career withing the Higher Ed space, we want to hear from you.
