We’re seeking a dynamic People & Culture professional for a consulting firm that manages 25 organisations under a non-for-profit organisation both in Australia and NZ.
You’ll work closely with senior executives, champion communication, and help shape a positive culture alongside a small, collaborative P&C team.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in P&C consulting
- Strong internal business partnership and stakeholder skills
- Excellent communication across all levels
- Cultural fit with company's values and teamwork mindset
- Previous experience across Australia and New Zealand operations.
