Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of paralegal and case management support to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and advice.
- Support continuous improvement by monitoring and implementing efficient office systems, processes, and procedures.
- Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to project and policy initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Deliver exceptional administrative and customer service support to internal teams and service providers.

You will also have:
- Previous experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal administrative role.
- Good understanding of legal processes, case management, or administrative procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
