About the Role
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end import operations (FCL, LCL & Air) across a portfolio of key clients.
You’ll coordinate with carriers, service providers, and overseas partners, ensuring a seamless flow of shipments, documentation, and customer communication.
This is a client-focused account management role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage import shipments (FCL, LCL & Air) from booking to delivery
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents
- Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
- Maintain shipment visibility and proactive updates using CargoWise
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and rate cards for clients
- Monitor operational performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
You’re a freight forwarding professional who enjoys both the operational and customer-facing sides of the job. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and know how to keep shipments (and clients!) moving smoothly.
You will bring:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in international freight forwarding (Import Air & Sea)
- Strong CargoWise experience(essential)
- Solid understanding of import/export operations and customs procedures
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- $95K base salary + super
