Ashdown has partnered with a prominent NSW State Government organisation to assist in finding their newest Facilities Manager!
In this role you'd be responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on premises, fleet and asset management as well as providing high level analysis, interpretation and advice to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of resources. Your responsibilities would also include:
- Managing and overseeing all premises, fleets, assets, and associated leases, contracts, and related negotiations to ensure efficient and appropriate management and compliance with contract terms and budgets
- Procuring and managing services and assets in accordance with the RA’s procurement and contract management framework to ensure contract specifications and KPIs are being met
- Preparing and providing high-level advice and interpretation to the leadership team on contract matters relating to the development, management, and leasing of assets
- Representing the RA in committees, consultations, and negotiations relating to asset management to facilitate information flow and meet project objectives
- Developing, implementing, and managing assigned projects/programs to achieve improved service delivery
- Building and maintaining
relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to manage and resolve any property or leasing issues and to identify opportunities for improved service delivery.
- $600-722 per day
