Our client, a global business advisory, coaching, consulting, and training program business with their HQ in Olympic Park is looking for an experienced EA to support their Global CFO.
The Global CFO is a a highly self motivated, analytical, focused CFO who is focused on outcomes, integrity and fresh ideas.
Your responsibilies:
- Calendar and Diary Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritise tasks for the Directors.
- Document Preparation: Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas with a keen attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising meetings, and events, both internal and external.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional support to the wider team as required, including project management tasks and special initiatives.
- Support the CFO with timely submission of papers for scheduled Committee and Board meetings, including ensuring papers are received, reviewed, and formatted, and submitted to the relevant Executive and Corporate Governance team by specified deadlines
- Help in building clear and concise communications to all the business.
- Working with CFO to pragmatically delegate and prioritise work.
