About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Manager to lead and embed change initiatives across a dynamic organisation. In this role, you will act as the key liaison for change support, partnering with stakeholders to align programs, uplift change capability, and ensure successful adoption across the business.
You will play a pivotal role in developing scalable change management approaches, enhancing business resilience, and building the capability of leaders to enable effective change adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate enterprise-level change initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to align programs and implement change strategies.
- Deliver end-to-end change management support, including early-stage scoping, advisory services, and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain a Change Management Centre of Excellence and Community of Practice.
- Continuously review and enhance change capability within the organisation.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end change management.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management at all levels.
- Track record in building change capability and leading Centres of Excellence or Communities of Practice.
- Strong communication, advisory, and leadership skills.
