Customer Service Representative | 6 Month Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a large NSW government organisation based in Richmond. This role will be full time in the office.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm (excluding Public Holidays)
- Looking for candidates with 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre or admin)
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
- 5th largest supplier to the NSW Government
