We are currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Representative with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service and administration.
Working Hours: 7 hrs per day / 35 hrs per week
This position will be working on a 7am-7pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays on a 2 week rotating roster full time in the office. There is no WFH flexibility with this position.
Key accountabilities include:
- Working in a fast-paced environment with peak periods from October April
- Upholding a great level of engagement in a virtual environment
- Contacting our support teams for resolution if needed
- Balancing phone calls and written communication via webforms
- Team participation and engagement
- Update and maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management.
- Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team.
- Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team.
