Role responsibility:
• Deliver responsive and timely customer-centric resolution services that align with legislative requirements and organisational objectives
• Manage customer interactions and correspondence with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and accurate communication that supports positive customer experiences.
• Apply sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to assess and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex matters appropriately to ensure responsible service delivery.
• Support the development and review of dispute resolution practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective, customer-centric outcomes.
• Use technology and digital tools confidently to manage cases, maintain accurate records, and monitor workflows to meet service standards.
• Support the development of knowledge resources and best practices that strengthen team capability and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across functional areas to provide consistent and high-quality customer resolution services, adapting to changing priorities and service needs.
• Manage competing priorities and workload to meet agreed timeframes and quality standards.
This role is not a call centre role
you will be dealing with high volumes of customers and you must be able to uphold empathy.
