About the Role
A government department is seeking a CRM Project Officer to provide hands-on project coordination for CRM delivery initiatives, including Salesforce implementation. You will support the Project Manager in governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project registers (risks, issues, actions, decisions).
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and track follow-up actions.
- Assist with status reports, briefings, and governance documentation.
- Support coordination across internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress against milestones.
- Experience supporting ICT or digital projects in a project officer/coordinator role.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of project governance, Agile, or PRINCE2 frameworks.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Teams, or SharePoint.
- Exposure to CRM or Salesforce projects is a plus.
- Experience in government or large organisations highly regarded.
