Customer service / Contact centre roles - multiple.

For our Government client based in Gosford we are looking for multiple candidates  to provide assistance, advice, source information and deliver customer support services for general enquiries,
to facilitate the effective operation of the business in order to ensure high quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Looking for candidates with 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
  • Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous gov experience is preferred but not required
  • Looking for candidates who have previously worked in an office environment
  • Intermediate computer skills required -
  • Typing
  • Using mouse and monitor
  • Strong email etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
  • Specific software will be taught however contractors need to be technically savvy and have the ability to pick up systems quickly


Training & Nesting:
Successful candidates will take part in three phases of training which are all held on site at the Contact Centre:

• 5-day initial General + Fundamentals training
• Phase 1: 8-day product training
• Phase 2: 8/9 day – training product training
These training sessions will be spread-out over several weeks. In-between training sessions, you will begin taking calls in transactions you have completed training for, where you will be supported by your Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert.

Please note that Phase 1 and 2 training will be held on site at Newcastle Contact Centre. General training and time in-between training will be held on site at Gosford Contact Centre.

Please note that due to the comprehensive training package you will be required to attend training full time, every day to ensure you are receiving the full training package.

Hybrid Working Arrangements:
At this time, there are no hybrid working arrangements available for this cluster. Candidates are expected to work onsite from the Contact Centre daily.
