- Concierge – A customer service and receptionist-focused role providing a 5-star experience for clients and visitors. Responsibilities include managing reception, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, café service, mail, and car park, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Security Concierge – Ensure a safe and secure precinct environment for tenants, contractors, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities include building security, surveillance, access/pass management, emergency response, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements (Both Roles):
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation, planning and decision-making abilities
- Experience in customer-focused or security environments
- Knowledge of WHS, legislative, and regulatory requirements
- Computer literacy
- Dynamic, collaborative work environment
