A local government organisation based in Western Sydney has partnered with Ashdown to source an experienced Complaints & Administration Officer for a 3-month contract, with the potential to extend or go permanent.
You'll be responsible for assessing and responding to internal and external complaints, providing advice on complaint processes and supporting the organisation with investigations while managing sensitive customer interactions. You will also oversee key administrative functions, including case management, reporting, meeting coordination and continuous improvement of complaint handling and administrative processes.
To be successful, you'll have prior experience handling complaints and administration duties within a government context.
Offering $50/hr + Super for a 3-Month term, you'd be paid weekly and would work out of a modern Western Sydney based office on a 35-hour week Monday to - Friday.
