Job Title: Change Manager
Duration: ASAP start to 5 October 2026

Pay Rate: $800-$892.86/day + super
Location: Hybrid - Work from home and office in Sydney CBD
Key accountabilities of the role
- Support the Finance and Operations division through transition to the new operating model, including system, process, role, structure and ways‑of‑working changes.
- Develop and implement change and transition plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership messaging and transition support activities.
- Undertake change impact assessments and develop documentation, communication materials and support resources to assist teams and leaders through transition.
- Work closely with Finance & Operations leaders and relevant project managers.
- Supporting teams and leaders through multiple simultaneous changes, including structural, process, system and ways‑of‑working changes.
- Ensuring consistent communication and understanding across teams during organisational change.
- Supporting transition to the new operating model while business‑as‑usual operations continue.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change, transition programs or operating model implementations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including supporting leaders with consistent messaging during change.
- Experience undertaking change impact assessments and developing change, communication and transition plans.
