The Change and Communication Specialist
within the Modernisation Program Delivery section. Working as part of a fast-paced, collaborative delivery team, you will lead end-to-end change and communication activities, including strategic communications, media, stakeholder engagement and business readiness support across a portfolio of modernisation projects.
You will translate complex and technical information into clear, engaging and practical communications that support adoption and readiness across diverse audiences. This role suits a self-starter who enjoys owning strategy and delivering high-quality products in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities As the Change and Communication Specialist, you will:
- Develop and execute change and communication plans aligned to program and organisational objectives.
- Support change management strategy, training, business readiness and go-live activities.
- Prepare and deliver key messages and branding across a portfolio of projects.
- Design, manage and deliver communications across channels including intranet pages, newsletters, videos, virtual town halls, webinars and briefings.
- Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop targeted messaging for varied audiences.
- Design and storyboard content, including audio and video scripting and editing.
- Create and refine materials such as newsletters, flyers, fact sheets, videos, training presentations, work instructions, leadership talking points and readiness packs.
- Respond to project-related media enquiries and draft media statements as required.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- have or be able to obtain Baseline Clearance
