About the role
This is an amazing chance to join one of the teams in Ashdown as a candidate care consultant.
What does that mean….
We will train you to be the machine to find the best people for our Public Sector team. You will be trained in the leading recruitment process so it becomes 2nd nature finding the best candidates. You will be the face/ voice to 100s of contractors who work for Ashdown. You will make sure that they start, finish and all in between. You will be the person they call if they have a problem as well as you calling them every month to check in and make sure that all is good. There will be an important admin part to this as well. You have to make sure that all the paperwork and contracts are done perfectly and any extra docs needed you will get. This is a perfect opportunity to learn the basics of recruitment with the goal to progress into a recruitment consultant position for the right candidate. This is NOT an ADMIN role. When it gets busy, which it does you may need to help out senior consultants, so a team player is essential. We want you to grow ASAP into a full recruitment consultant.
About You
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales experience would be great
- Driven, confident and highly motivated.

- Must have full working rights in Australia.
