Great role for somebody who is looking for part time opportunities, working 25hours per week between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday, rotating rosters, excluding public holidays. You will be placed on a 2-week rotating roster, where you will work the same shift for a 2 week period and then will transition to another shift. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Looking for:
- Candidates with 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous government experience is preferred but not required
- Looking for candidates who have previously worked in an office environment
PLEASE NOTE:
The successful contractors will take part in a full time (35 hours per week) training and nesting for approximately 8 weeks. After the nesting period they will revert to their contracted hours . The training program is delivered over two distinct sessions, each spanning five consecutive days. Contractors will need to travel to our specialised training facility in Penrith, NSW, during these periods to fulfil their training requirements.
