Working in a highly skilled team of IT and Business professionals, this role will focus on performing analysis and design of the client’s future-state operating model to ensure it meets business requirements, for this NSW Government organisation. This is a highly exciting role to work with some of the best in the business in an innovative and collaborative environment. This initial contract will be for 3-months with further extensions highly likely and can be performed working remotely from home 3x days per week, with 2x days per week required in the client’s CBD based offices.
Essential Skills required
- 10 + years’ Business Analysis experience in total
- 8+ years’ experience of working on large enterprise-scale ICT change/transformation projects
- 5+ years experience of implementing and designing ICT Operating Models
- Proven experience of the following: Workshop Facilitation, Business Architecture, Governance, Change Management Principles, C-Level Stakeholder engagement
Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Skills
- Previous Government, Banking or Telco experience
- Certified in Business Transformation or Change (Prosci, ADKAR, Six Sigma etc.)
