We are currently seeking an experienced Asset Performance Officer to join a busy Government Department based in Parramatta. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in inspections, compliance, and contractor management.
Role Details:
- Start: ASAP (pending pre-employment checks)
- End Date: 30 June 2026 (with potential extension)
- Location: Parramatta
- Deliver accurate and timely scoping of works in line with program requirements
- Develop and manage planned maintenance programs using PAS data and local insights
- Oversee delivery of maintenance works and implement action plans where needed
- Ensure all works comply with Australian Building Codes, relevant standards, and contractual obligations
- Conduct property inspections in line with schedules and maintain detailed records
- Build strong working relationships with contractors to support effective service delivery
- Identify and address compliance issues, including issuing notices when required
- Report emerging issues and provide recommendations to improve asset performance and program outcomes
