Purpose:
Responsible for training and assessing students in Global Training products, ensuring a high-quality learning experience and supporting student progress and engagement. The assessor is responsible for supporting students and marking every module, including the following topics:
- Finance
- Marketing
- Sales
- Operations
- Strategy
- Management
- Leadership
- Deliver training programs according to course structure and best practices.
- Assess and provide feedback on student assignments (approximately 17 papers per month).
- Use the learning management system (LMS) and email to communicate with students and stakeholders.
- Guide students in accessing and using learning resources effectively.
- Monitor student progress and report issues (learning difficulties, welfare concerns, or lack of progress) to the Training Development Lead.
- Collaborate to improve training and assessment materials.
- Participate in assessment moderation and ensure consistency and quality of assessments.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records in the LMS.
- Support process improvements in training delivery and administration.
- Comply with workplace health, safety, and compliance policies.
- Diploma of Education or higher (preferred).
- Industry-based qualifications relevant to the courses being assessed.
- Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in training and assessment in an educational setting.
