Q. Why/ How did you end up in recruitment
Following a period of parental leave Ashdown has given me the opportunity to step back into the corporate world, flex my analytical mind and continue to develop and improve the robust financial systems and processes already in place.
Q. Hobby/ interest outside of work
In my downtime I love to chase around after my twin toddlers, entertain friends at our house and visit our family cattle farm for long lazy weekends with the whole extended tribe.

Moving to Australia from the UK I decided to seek a new challenge and career, recruitment has always been something I’ve wanted to jump into. The chance to kickstart a career change with the opportunity to build new relationships and help other people along the way, is really appealing to me and is something I find great joy in.
Q. Hobby/ interest outside of work
Outside of my work life, I enjoy spending my time in the gym, watching (or playing) football and exploring the outdoors. I like to maintain a healthy lifestyle most of the time however you could also find me sneaking off to eat out or spending some down time gaming and watching movies.
