Q. Why/ How did you end up in recruitment
I ran my own sales organisation for over 10 years with offices in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart and Sydney. Once I sold that to relocate to the UK, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I knew I had always loved the sales process and understanding people. A friend recommended with these 2 traits that I might be good at recruitment; so basically landed in recruitment that way. Now over 20 years ago, I still love recruitment, people and growing organisations by attracting top talent to all businesses while securing top positions for outstanding individuals while guiding their careers further.
Q. Hobby/ interest outside of work
I do love getting away; camping usually! or just hitting the road to explore new places to stay at. Outside that my weekends are starting on the football - soccer field with the kids on Saturday mornings.

I am very lucky to have worked across multiple sectors and managed multiple teams across various sectors. I have good insights with multiple industries and sectors with a continued growing network of specialists in their field.

Moving to Australia from the UK I decided to seek a new challenge and career, recruitment has always been something I’ve wanted to jump into. The chance to kickstart a career change with the opportunity to build new relationships and help other people along the way, is really appealing to me and is something I find great joy in.
Q. Hobby/ interest outside of work
Outside of my work life, I enjoy spending my time in the gym, watching (or playing) football and exploring the outdoors. I like to maintain a healthy lifestyle most of the time however you could also find me sneaking off to eat out or spending some down time gaming and watching movies.
