Q. Why/ How did you end up in recruitment

Having worked as a contractor through Ashdown People at Service NSW, I thought the positive experience I received was not the same for others in the call centre while I was there and wanted to do something which makes a difference. I was looking for a new challenge coming into this year and Ashdown were looking to add a new member to their Customer Service business, so I thought why not! I love speaking to people and making connections with people in general, so this role fits my personality and provides me with an opportunity to grow!

Q. Hobby/ interest outside of work

I like going out to eat and trying different restaurants/cafes with my friends

I specialise mainly in Customer Service roles,. I have over 5+ years experience working within contact centres and F2F! I look forward to helping you secure your next role!
