Q. Why/ How did you end up in recruitment
I wanted to find an industry that is rewarding and in recruitment it is a great feeling when people are placed in jobs that will help drive the recovery of the wider economy after a tough few years because of Covid.
Q. Hobby/ interest outside of work
Outside of work I like to chase the white golf ball around, spend time with family, develop my skills in the kitchen and watch any live sport.
Q. Field in which you specialise
I am new to the recruiting industry but I have over 7 years of post qualified experience of running finance departments. I have a passion to help develop the people around me and really enjoy celebrating team successes.
