Q. Why/ How did you end up in recruitment
In my last role, prior to working at Ashdown I had done some basic hiring and really enjoyed the whole process, so when I started looking for a new career Recruitment really stood out. I was drawn to the fact that every day is different and you are faced with different challenges.
Q. Hobby/ interest outside of work
Outside of work I enjoy anything out and about whether its spending time in the gym or playing rugby, I also love getting away exploring and camping with mates trying to find as many hidden gems as I can.
Q. Field in which you specialise
I primarily recruit for roles within the Fintech, Commercial and Financial Services Sectors.
